Longniddry Parish Church
” Stephen and myself had a wonderful time at Longniddry Parish Church fun day on Saturday. It’s always good when ‘fun days’ actually do involve fun! There was everything from games, crafts, face-painting, story-telling, hamburgers and all manner of things ‘fairtradey’. A big bunch of small and not-so-small people joined us for workshops in the morning and then a concert in the afternoon. Thanks to everyone who came along and sang from Longniddry, Tranent and Macmerry to join in - and special thanks to Rev. Robin who played his cool new bass for the James Bond bit in ‘Heroes’ and in Family Blues. You rock Robin : ) “

Wednesday, November 4th, 2009Jed and I had a brilliant day at Law primary yesterday for the first of the song-writing workshops. It was so strange to be back at my old school, would you believe that headteacher Mr Barnes recognised me after 25 years !! We had great fun singing snippets of everyone’s favourite songs - from ‘Living on a prayer’ to ‘Beat Again’ - what a musical bunch p6 is ! Can’t wait for next week…… Raine
