What Is Fischy Music?

Fischy Music was started by Stephen Fischbacher (get it?). Fischy Music was made into a proper charity in 1998, and now there are quite a lot of people working with us. What are we trying to do?

• Write good songs that children (and adults!) enjoy and can join in with.
• Help children learn about their emotions (feelings) and those of other people around them.
• Help children realise how special they are.
• Use music to think about the good and the bad bits of life, and some of its big questions.
• Make great CD's and music books that can be used in schools, churches and homes.
• Do music workshops, concerts and training events.

To help us do these things, we have an office in Edinburgh, several Fischy workers (you can meet them on the Fischy People page of the main web site), and five Trustees (people who help run Fischy Music).
